I have been to many parts of India as a traveler.
Usually i plan the same alone and travel on my own plan. For
the first time decided to do the same through itinerary planner
while visiting North Sikkim. I must say they have been able
to execute the same perfectly. Understanding my needs and cost.
Excellent arrangements for transport, warm hospitality and comfortable
hotel arrangements. I must mention though we were visiting to
the remote parts of north sikkim still never felt away from
home. I return back with loads of memories of splendid waterfall,
walking through snow, and mesmerizing valley. For us it was
like being in a different world. (October' 2013)
Thank You Itinerary Planner.

Dear Ms. Bhaumik
You had helped us plan a very good tour to Dooars in January'2014.
The accommodation and food at Murti and at Ecopark, Jaldapara
was superb. I can not but thank your associates who helped
us switch from Murti to Ecopark in an hour’s notice
as soon as I had called her and told her of the impending
strike in Dooars.
The best part of the tour was that your organization had
provided us with an excellent driver, Dipen, without whom
we could not have completed the tour.
He was a great adviser about everything at Gorumara, Chapmari,
Jaldapara and it was due to him we had encounters with all
forms of wildlife in the forests. Some of them were at close
quarters, within trunk shaking distances with single elephants
and bisons. He was one of the few excellent driver cum guide
I have had during my last 40 years of travelling all over
the world.
With regards

A
SPECTACULAR TRIP TO THIMPHU – PUNAKHA – PARO WITH
ITINERARY PLANNER On 9th May, 2014, we started
for a 6 Nights, 7 days holiday trip to Bhutan from Sealdah by
Kanchankanya Express to Hasimara. Thanks to Itinerary Planner
of Kolkata & particularly to Ms. Swati Bhaumik for this
tailor made plan. We reached Hasimara Railway station on 10th
May at 10.30 from where we were taken to Phuntsoling via Jaigaon
and were accommodated in the hotel Centenniel, position and
arrangements of which were superb. In the evening, we were taken
to the Immigration office with a filled up form, one photocopy
of Voter’s ID card and one passport size picture. There
within 5 – 10 minutes all formalities were completed.Next
day, i.e. on 11th May we started for Thimphu. After 15 minutes
ride on a Wagon R, we reached Rinchending check post and there
after showing the necessary permits we were permitted to enter
the land of thunder dragon – Bhutan. After a 4 hrs. travel
through the broad roads of the beautiful hillocks and dense
forest scenario we reached Thimphu and were placed in the Hotel
Singey on Norling Lam, which is situated at the heart of the
city. The hotel is a praiseworthy one. Next day, on 12th May,
we were taken for a city tour and visited some notable places
like National Chorten, Dechen Frodong Monastery, the Zoo where
the national animal of Bhutan, Takin are preserved, the Folk
museum, National Library, etc. We were also taken to a place
of a height where the biggest statue of Lord Buddha was constructed.
From that hillock the scenario of the capital city Thimphu along
with ‘Tashi Cho Jung’ with a birds’ eye view
was spectacular. On 13th May we were taken to Dochula Pass and
Punakha Jung. The 108 chortens and a monastery in ths Pass and
thereafter the visit to Punakha Jung at Punakha was a life time
experience.
On 14th May we started for Paro, the most beautiful place in
Bhutan. There our accommodation was arranged in the Hotel Lakhi
Yangchak, the position of which is nature viewing and the arrangements
are also superb. In the evening we visited Kichu gumpha, Rimpung
Jung and Ta Jung. We really enjoyed the Museum which is now
situated in a new building besides Ta Jung.On 15th May we went
for a trip to Chellela Pass, the highest point on the motorable
road in Bhutan (Ht. - 3088 mtrs ) and thereafter Haa valley.
In the evening we had a stroll in the market area of Paro.On
16th May around 10 AM we had a return journey from Paro to Hasimara. The
tour was spectacular and all the arrangements were proper and
professionally tailored, hence praiseworthy.Tashi Delek. (Thank
